Once the installation of your new antenna has been booked and a date arranged to do the work, we send a qualified technician to your premises to install the antenna. The technician will assess your individual requirements and answer any questions you may have.

Repairs and servicing

Just because your existing antenna isn't working, it doesn't necessarily mean it needs replacing. Many antennas can be serviced or repaired, extending their life by many years and saving you money. In some cases however it may be more economical to replace the existing antenna with a new one, and benefit from our 1 year parts and labour warranty.

Upgrades


        

As well as servicing and repairs, Wide Area Communications also upgrade existing TV antenna systems. If your antenna is no longer doing its job or you have updated your television system and require a different antenna, call Wide Area Communications for an obligation free quote on an antenna upgrade. This will apply particularly if you have purchased a Digital TV or Digital Set Top Box. This equipment does not generally work well with old style TV antennas and inadequately shielded coaxial cable.
